Health tips during pregnancy

Remember that now a child is being nourished within your own body. Every moment should be passed with caution and concern over the wellbeing of yourself and as well as your child.

 

Eat fresh green vegetables in abundance

Avoid over eating and abstain from food that causes constipation

Drink lots of milk

Abstain from tea, coffee, hot (spicy) and oily foods

In the first three months and from the seventh month onward, avoid conjugal relations with your husband

Try to get at least 8 hours of peaceful sleep

Avoid hard work and picking up very heavy objects

Remain happy and cheerful at all times
