Step 1 - Homemade Nihaari Masala:

Ingredients:

½ cup saumph

½ cup whole jeeroo

½ cup whole dhana

± 10 big black elachi

± 17 small elachi

18 aniseed star

Kajoor (date) Milkshake

Ingredients:

1 litre milk 

1 litre vanilla ice cream

1 cup dates 

½ cup sugar

½ cup Crown date syrup

Method:

Blend dates with little milk. Then add rest of the ingredients and blend well.

   

Savoury Pancakes

Step 1 - Filling:

Ingredients:

1 bunch spinach finely chopped

1 tray mushroom diced

½  onion finely chopped

1 fresh cream

1 tsp cake flour

2 tbsp butter

Salt to taste

Burritos

Step 1 - Filling:

Ingredients:

1 kg chicken fillet cubed (not too small)

1 tsp chicken spice

1 tsp bbq spice

1 tsp lemon herb

1 tsp lemon pepper

1 tsp lemon garlic

Salt to taste

Pinch of black pepper

2 tsp chilli powder

¼  tsp turmeric powder

1 egg

Cabbage Salad

Step 1: 

Finely slice 1 green cabbage and 1 red cabbage

Step 2:

Roast 2 packets of 2 minute noodles in oven at 100 degrees until crisp. 

Step 3 – Topping: 

Ingredients:

1 handful of sesame seed

1 handful of almonds

1 handful of pecans

Method:

Chop the above and braise in olive oil
