Easy Naan

3 cup flour

1 ½ tsp salt

1 tsp sugar

2 tsp yeast (preferably instant)

1 Tbsp melted butter

1 egg

2 Tbsp yoghurt

¾ cup warm milk

¼ cup water

Method:

Combine all the dry ingredients in the bowl of your mixer.

Whisk together all the wet ingredients.

Add the wet mixture to the dry mixture.

Knead in your machine for approximately 10 minutes or until a soft, smooth dough forms.

Cover and let rise until double, around 1 hour.

Form 12 balls of dough.

Flatten or roll out the balls into 12cm circles.

Cover and leave to rise for half an hour.

Fry on a medium hot frying pan. Brush with garlic butter.
