Crunchie Muffins

Ingredients:

2 cups flour

4 tsp baking powder

¼ cup castor sugar

60g melted butter

¼ cup honey

1 egg

1 cup buttermilk

1 tsp vanilla essence

100g chopped Cadbury crunchie

1 cup white chocolate chips

Method:

Whisk together the flour, baking powder and sugar.

Whisk together the butter, honey, egg, buttermilk and vanilla essence.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry ones. Mix just till incorporated.

Add the Cadbury crunchie and choc chips.

Bake in muffin cases at 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes.
