Ingredients:
1 litre milk
2 tbsp klim (dissolve in milk)
2 ½ tsp falooda powder (dissolve in water)
2 tbsp custard powder (dissolve in water)
½ tin nestle cream
1 tin condensed milk
Red and green colouring
Method:
Boil milk. Remove from heat. Add klim, falooda and custard powder. Bring to boil again and remove from heat.
Add nestle cream and condensed milk. Colour half the mixture green and half pale pink. Pour half the mixture in a jelly mould. When half way set, pour the second half of mixture over and leave to set. Decorate with remaining nestle cream and flake.
