Ingredients:
½ kg fillet
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp zeal salt
3 ½ tsp green masala/green chillies
1 tsp lemon pepper
2 tbsp soya sauce
1 egg
Samoosa pur
Method:
Cut fillet in strips and marinate. Add egg last to bind mixture. Allow to marinate for about an hour. Slice pur thin.
Place some pur on your hand, put fillet over and cover with more pur. Squeeze until firm. Fry on low until crispy and done.
