Makes 8-10 pops
Ingredients:
1 cup fresh cream or coconut cream
1 ¼ cup milk or milk substitute
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup cocoa powder
½ cup dark chocolate chopped into small pieces
1 Tbsp coconut oil
1 cup add-ins like chopped oreos, choc chips, sprinkles etc.
Method:
Combine all ingredients besides the add-ins in a pot.
Bring to boil while whisking to avoid scorching.
Continue to cook for a minute.
Remove from heat. Cool till room temperature.
Mix in the add-in if using.
Pour into your molds. Freeze for a minimum of 4 hours before molding.
