1 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp ginger garlic

1 ½ tsp green chilli paste

1 tsp salt

1 tsp black pepper

1 tsp chilli flakes

2 tsp garlic flakes

¼ cup honey

1 ½ Tbsp coarse/grainy mustard

2 Tbsp olive oil

1 chicken cut into pieces

2 sweet potatoes sliced into disks

2 Carrots sliced

3 Tbsp steers mustard sauce

1 tsp chilli sauce

½ cup yoghurt

2 Tbsp lemon juice

Handful of chopped dhania.


Marinate the chicken in the garlic, ginger garlic, green chilli, salt, pepper, chilli flakes, garlic flakes, honey and grainy mustard.

Heat the olive oil in a large pot and braise the chicken.

Add in the sweet potato and carrots.

Cook till almost done. Add in the mustard sauce, chilli sauce, yoghurt and lemon juice.

Cook till done.

Garnish with dhania and serve with fresh rolls.
