Soften one onion chopped in a little oil.
Dice 2 chicken fillets.
Marinate the chicken in:
1 tsp garlic
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp dana jeero
1 tsp salt
1 tsp chilli powder
grinding of black pepper
¼ tsp turmeric.
Braise chicken.
Dice one small green pepper and slice ½ a punnet of mushrooms.
Add the pepper, mushrooms and ½ cup frozen corn to the chicken.
Cook till done.
Whisk together – ½ packet of vegetable soup, 1 cup cream and 1 cup milk.
Add to the chicken mixture and bring to boil.
Boil 250g pasta in salted water. Drain.
Combine pasta and sauce in a medium sized Pyrex.
Top with grated cheese. Sprinkle some mixed herbs on top.
On the day of serving, bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 45 minutes.
