Liquidize till smooth
1 can fruit cocktail
2 eggs
2 cups flour
1 ¼ cup sugar
2 tsp bicarb
4 tsp baking powder
Pour into a pan/pans of your choice. Bake on 180 degrees till a cake tester comes out clean.
Boil
2 Tbsp butter
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp vanilla essence
¾ tin ideal milk
Prick your hot cake all over with a fork. Pour the hot sauce over the hot cake. Serve hot with ice cream or custard.
