A fun (and healthy!) snack to make with your kids.

You will need:

6 bananas

280g of chocolate

12 popsicle sticks

Assorted chopped nuts/sprinkles/coconut

Method:

Line a baking tray with wax wrap.

Halve each banana. Push a popsicle stick into the cut side of each banana.

Melt your chocolate.

Hold a banana by the stick over the bowl of chocolate.

Spoon melted chocolate over the banana.

Sprinkle with toppings of your choice.

Place the dipped banana pop onto the lined tray.

Freeze for at least an hour.

Enjoy frozen.

Alternative:

If you don’t have popsicle sticks on hand, cut your banana into chunks and use toothpicks instead.
