Fish 

Ingredients:

Pieces of fish

3 Tbsp chopped garlic

4 Tbsp kashmiri chilli spice2 Tbsp Robertson exotic thai

1 Tbsp freshly cracked black pepper

1 Tbsp lemon juice

½ tsp sugar

3 Tbsp All Gold tomato sauce

125g butter for grilling

Method:

Combine all the ingredients together. Melt butter and brush all over fish. Grill in a preheated oven for max of 15 mins.

Sauce

Ingredients:

125g tomato paste

2 Tbsp kashmiri chilli spice

4 Tbsp butter

1 tsp chilli powder

5 Tbsp cream

Salt to taste

Sprinkle of sugar

Method:

In a saucepan, combine all ingredients on medium heat, bring to boil and allow sauce to reduce. When fish comes out of oven, lavishly cover in the sauce and serve hot with savoury rice, creamed spinach, butternut and chips.
