Pieces of fish

3 tblsp chopped garlic

4 tblsp kashmiri chilli spice2 tblsp Robertson exotic thai

1 tblsp freshly cracked black pepper

1 tblsp lemon juice

½ tsp sugar

3 tblsp All Gold tomato sauce

125g butter for grilling


Combine all the ingredients together. Melt butter and brush all over fish. Grill in a preheated oven for max of 15 mins.



125g tomato paste

2 tblsp kashmiri chilli spice

4 tblsp butter

1 tsp chilli powder

5 tblsp cream

Salt to taste

Sprinkle of sugar


In a saucepan, combine all ingredients on medium heat, bring to boil and allow sauce to reduce. When fish comes out of oven, lavishly cover in the sauce and serve hot with savoury rice, creamed spinach, butternut and chips.
