Paste:

3 tsp salt

1 tsp crushed pepper

4 tsp crushed garlic

10-12 red chillies (cut)

Method:

Make slits on the roast and put the paste in the slits.

Masala:

Ingredients:

4 tsp salt

1 ½ tsp pepper

4 tsp ginger garlic

3 tbsp lemon juice

3 tbsp vinegar

5 tbsp oil

4 tsp crushed chillies

3 tsp powder chillies

½ tsp arad (turmeric)

Method:

Marinate roast in masala over night. Cook in butter. When ¾ done, add tomato wedges.
