Ingredients:
½ kg chicken mince
2 big onions
2 tsp salt
2 tsp powder chillies
1 tsp dhana jeeru
2 tsp arad
2 tsp ginger garlic
1 cinnamon stick
3 tomatoes
4 – 5 tbsp. gram flour
Method:
Make wagaar with onions. Cook mince with masalas. Add tomatoes. Add enough water to boil. Let it cook for a while. Mix gram flour in water and add to mixture. Allow to boil for a little while till thick. If not thick add more gram flour.
Wagaar:
Make wagaar with one onion and 2 tsp jeeru and ghee. Pour into mixture.
Serving:
Pour the mince kari in a bowl. Add little khichri and top with green chutney.
Serve with arad paapar also.
