Nachos

Ingredients

1 big packet sweet chilli pepper Doritos

1 big packet lightly salted Lays

Feta cheese (crumbled)

Gouda cheese (grated)

Bottle of Peppadews

Mixed herbs

Chopped tomatoes

Cubed green pepper

Green chillies

Sour Cream Mixture

 250ml sour cream

2 Tbsp mayonnaise

Pinch of black and lemon pepper

Method

Layer some of both the chips on the bottom of a casserole. Grate Gouda cheese over and throw feta cheese.

Add more chips, Gouda and feta cheese.

Throw over chopped tomatoes, green chillies and green pepper. Spread the sour cream mixture over and thereafter place Peppadews.

Throw over more cheese and sprinkle mixed herbs.

Bake on 180°C in the oven until cheese melts.

Serve immediately.
