Ingredients:

½ pound butter

1 ½ cup castor sugar

4 eggs

1 box Oreo (original)

3 cups flour

1 ¾ cup milk

4 tsp baking powder

1 tsp vanilla essence

3 tblsp cocoa

Method:

Beat the butter and sugar well

Add eggs in one at a time and beat a bit

Add the flour and milk and beat slightly

Lastly add baking powder

Add 4 packets slightly crushed Oreo (original) in mixture

Fill cupcake pans ¾ way and bake on 180 degrees

Topping:

250g butter

2 cups icing sugar

3 tblsp milk

Beat well till nicely blended

Add 3 packets crushed Oreo in & spread on top of cake
