Ingredients:

2 egg whites

5 ml corn flour (maizena)

5 ml Vanilla Essence

3 ml white vinegar

100 g castor sugar

Method:

Beat egg whites stiff.

Add castor sugar gradually.

Add corn flour, vanilla essence and vinegar.

Give one mix.

Pipe rounds on wax wrap. (Liberally spray ‘spray n cook’)

Bake at 150 until pink

Allow to get crisp on 100.

Remove from oven.

Remove wax wrap immediately.

Decorate:

Pipe fresh cream and sprinkle with grated chocolate, pecan nuts, flake, chopped fruit (strawberries, kiwi fruit, granadilla, pear slices, peach slices, grapes, watermelon, pineapple, etc.)
