What is the status of reading fiction novels? I am enquiring regarding general fiction novels, not novels about magic.

While fiction novels may appear to be fine and in fact “innocent”, they are among the major contributors towards the breakdown of hayaa.

Novels have been responsible for indoctrinating various heretical thoughts and ideas and have incited many people towards vices and sins. Some novels have been cited by various people to be the reason for their falling into illicit relationships.

Besides, the effect of the heart of the author comes into his writing. This impacts onto the heart of the reader. Therefore, refrain from all fictitious novels.
