Step 1 – Filling:


1 bunch spinach finely chopped

1 tray mushroom diced

½  onion finely chopped

1 fresh cream

1 tsp cake flour

2 tbsp butter

Salt to taste


Melt butter in a pan and add onion. When onion is translucent, add spinach. Allow to cook till spinach decreases in size. Add the mushrooms and salt. Pour in the fresh cream and allow to boil for a few minutes. Lastly dilute the flour in a little water till it’s runny and drop into filling.

Step 2 – Pancake:


2 cups flour

2 eggs

2 cups of milk and water mixed

Salt to taste

Pepper to taste

½ tsp mixed herbs


Beat all the ingredients together besides the flour. Slowly add them into the flour to make a runny batter. Cook pancakes in a pan with ‘Spray and Cook’.

To assemble:

Spoon spinach filling in the centre of pancake and wrap over. Hold down with a tooth pick. Top with cheese and spin in microwave till cheese melts.
