Ingredients:
5 cups mixed red and green cabbage shredded
1 cup julienne carrot
1 red pepper diced
1 bunch of spring onion chopped
½ cup chopped dhania
6 Tbsp vinegar
1 Tbsp minced fresh ginger
1 tsp crushed garlic
3 Tbsp olive oil
1 tsp sesame oil
¼ cup peanut butter
3 Tbsp soy sauce
3 Tbsp honey
¼ cup toasted sesame seeds and peanuts
Method:
Combine all the vegetables in a large bowl.
Mix the dressing ingredients together until smooth.
Add the dressing to the vegetables and toss well to combine.
Garnish with the sesame seeds and peanuts if desired.
Serve soon after tossing, if left too long the vegetables will get soggy.
