Boil ½ cup of 4 in 1 soup mix in 3 cups of water till soft. Liquidize till smooth.

Chop 1 onion and soften.

Add:

½ kg chicken fillet cubed

1 tsp jeero

2 cinnamon sticks

2 elachi

2 cloves

1 tsp green chilli

2 tsp crushed garlic

1 tsp ginger garlic

6 peppercorns

1 tsp salt

¼ tsp turmeric

Braise and cook till done. Add to the liquidized soup.

Add 1 large tomato grated. Boil till thickened.

Fry:

¾ tsp jeero

2 tsp crushed garlic

2 tsp green chilli

Add to haleem.

Add chopped dhania. Taste and adjust as necessary.
