Ingredients:

1 kg chops

2 tsp crushed garlic

3 whole red chillies

2 tsp salt

1 tsp crushed black pepper

1 tsp red chillie powder

1 tsp crushed red chillies

Tomato puree (as desired)

1 tomato

Method:

Braise the garlic and whole red chillies in ghee. Add all the spices and cook till almost done. Add the tomato puree and tomatoes and cook a little more.
