Ingredients:
1 chicken quartered
¼ cup peri peri oil
5 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp salt
1 tsp red chilli paste
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp ginger garlic
1 tsp paprika
2 tsp lemon pepper
1 tsp brown sugar
¼ tsp oreganum
¼ cup lemon juice
