5 cups milk

3 egg yolks

1 cup fresh cream

1 1/3 cup sugar

¼ cup cocoa powder

¼ cup maizena

Pinch of salt

280g dark chocolate chopped


Combine all the ingredients in a pot besides the chocolate.

Gently cook till hot, 3-4 minutes.

Add the chocolate to the pot, whisk till combined.

Cook on low, whisking so that the milk doesn’t scorch, for around 15 minutes until the pudding has thickened.

Pour into individual cups and chill.

Top with whipped cream, chopped Oreos/strawberries/toasted nuts/smarties if desired.
