Tasty and fun no matter how old you are.
Beat the following ingredients until they form crumbs:
70 g butter
210 g flour
250 g castor sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
Whisk together the following:
210 ml milk
2 eggs
40 g strawberry nesquik
Add the milk mixture to the flour crumbs and beat till combined and smooth.
Fill cupcake cases ¾ full. Bake on 180 degrees celcius for 15 minutes.
Ice when cool.
Icing:
Beat together 500 g icing sugar and 160 g butter.
Mix together 50 ml milk and 100 g strawberry nesquik.
Gradually add the milk mixture to the icing sugar and butter and beat till smooth.
