Tasty and fun no matter how old you are.
Beat the following ingredients until they form crumbs:
70g butter
210g flour
250g castor sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
Whisk together the following:
210ml milk
2 eggs
40g strawberry Nesquik
Add the milk mixture to the flour crumbs and beat till combined and smooth.
Fill cupcake cases ¾ full. Bake on 180°C for 15 minutes.
Ice when cool.
Icing:
Beat together 500g icing sugar and 160 g butter.
Mix together 50ml milk and 100g strawberry Nesquik.
Gradually add the milk mixture to the icing sugar and butter and beat till smooth.
