Lemongrass Cooler
Ingredients:
15 lemongrass leaves
2 Iitres water
½ cup sugar
2 Tbsp lime cordial
green colouring
Method:
Bring 1 litre of the water to boil in a pot with the lemongrass.
Leave to cool with the lid on for 20 minutes.
Remove the leaves.
Add in the rest of the ingredients.
Chill thoroughly before serving.
