Ingredients:
1 kg lamb leg, cut into pieces
½ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
2 onions chopped
4 tsp crushed garlic
4 Tbsp tomato paste
250g cubed butternut
1 potato cubed
2 carrots sliced
½ cup peas
¾ cup grape/apple juice
3 cups vegetable stock
Juice of 1 orange
3 tsp dhana jeeru
1-2 tsp chilli powder

Admonished by a ‘Madman’
Fadhl bin Rabee’ narrates the following incident:
I once set out for hajj in the company of the khaleefah, Haaroon Rasheed. En route, we passed by the city of Kufah where we encountered Bahlool, (who was known as) the madman (due to him being madly in love with Allah Ta‘ala), who was muttering and babbling away.
