Chocolate Chip Coffee Muffins
A quick treat for any time of the week.
Combine:
2 ¼ cups flour
¾ cup sugar
1 Tbsp baking powder
½ tsp cinnamon
Whisk together:
1 cup milk
½ cup melted butter
1 tsp vanilla essence
2 large eggs
