These brownies are easy to make and have a perfect almost marshmallow texture and deep chocolate flavour.
Melt together – 310g of dark chocolate, 225g butter and 1 tsp espresso powder/instant coffee.

1. Musaafahah refers to clasping the hands.
2. It is sunnah to make musaafahah after making salaam. Hence, one should not merely make musaafahah without making salaam.
