Mushroom Stroganoff
An easy weeknight supper.
Ingredients:
250g of cubed steak
¼ tsp salt
½ tsp pepper
1 tsp chilli powder
¼ tsp dhana jeeru
½ a red onion chopped
1 tsp crushed garlic
1 tsp paprika
¾ punnet of mushrooms sliced
1 cup fresh cream
1 cup milk
½ sachet of vegetable soup powder / 1 tsp vegetable stock
250g cooked pasta
