Mint Chocolate Chip Ice Cream
Perfect for hot summer days
Mix together the following ingredients:
2 cups milk
2 cups fresh cream
1 cups sugar
½ tsp fine salt
1 tsp vanilla essence
Mint essence to taste (around 2 tsp)
Dash of green colouring
1 heaping cup of finely chopped dark chocolate
Refrigerate the mixture overnight and churn in an ice cream machine
