Cabbage Salad
Step 1:
Finely slice 1 green cabbage and 1 red cabbage
Step 2:
Roast 2 packets of 2 minute noodles in oven at 100°C until crisp.
Step 3 – Topping:
Ingredients:
1 handful of sesame seed
1 handful of almonds
1 handful of pecans
Method:
Chop the above and braise in olive oil
Step 4 – Syrup:
Ingredients:
¼ cup vinegar
¼ cup sugar
¼ cup oil
Method:
Give one boil and remove from stove. Add 2 Tbsp soya sauce. Allow to cool.
To assemble:
Layer cabbage in bowl. Just before serving, pour syrup over cabbage and top with noodles and topping. …
