Creamy Steak Fillet
Steak
Ingredients:
1 steak fillet
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp lemon pepper
1 tbsp steak and chops spice
1 tbsp mixed herbs
2 tbsp garlic sauce
2 tbsp peri peri oil
2 tbsp lemon juice
Salt to taste
Ground green chillies to taste
Crushed garlic to taste
Method:
Marinate steak with above and cook till done.
Sauce
Ingredients:
250 ml fresh cream
1 packet Knorr black sauce
Method:
Before serving, mix fresh cream with Knorr black sauce (follow instructions on packet) and pour over.
