Ingredients:
125g butter
¾ cup brown sugar
3 tsp Frisco coffee
1 Tbsp hot water
¼ cup custard powder
2 eggs
1 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla
1/3 cup milk
1 cup flour
Method:
Beat butter and sugar until creamy. Add eggs and vanilla and beat. Mix coffee and water together. Add custard powder and coffee mixture. Add sifted flour and baking powder alternately with milk.
