1. Braise 1 tsp cake flour with 1 tsp butter. Add 1 cup milk and allow to boil for 1-2 minutes. Add 1 tsp honey and a pinch of salt. Drink as hot as possible.
2. Take 1/4 cup boiling water; add 1/2 tsp butter and 1 tsp sugar, a pinch of salt and 1 tsp honey. Drink it hot.
